The Streets perform Tuesday night- June 13- on Jimmy Kimmel Live on your tv set. That lump you still have in your throat from "Dry Your Eyes" is bound to get a whole lot lumpier when Mike talks about missing his Dad and making him proud backed by a GOSPEL CHOIR. Can I get a witness? Testify you geezers!

FUCKED UP THE BAND
Fucked Up is our favorite hardcore band in the world. Hailing from Toronto, they sound like a big throbbing mass of Poison Idea, Black Flag, Born Against and Dagnasty, so we were delighted when they asked us if we could release this seven inch record to coincide with their recent UK tour (click here for the photo blog of their show at the Old Blue Last). After the tour finished, they found they still had a few records left and we’ve got a small quantity available here to sell. Don’t miss out on this. This offer is only available here for $5 with shipping included.

VICE SIGNS FAVOURITE SONS! DEBUT FULL LENGTH ALBUM COMING SEPTEMBER 2006
Vice Records will continue on with it's spree of critical and public darlings with the signing of NYC-based Favourite Sons. Comprised of Ken Griffin (Rollerskate Skinny) and former members of Aspera, their debut full length record consists of passionate, intensely felt rock songs with the lyrics coming through a phenomenal voice. In anticipation of their September 12, 2006 release on Vice Records, they will be premiering material in select cities across the country and appearing at the Intonation Festival and a Vice pre-party for that festival (tour dates below). A free download of 'Hang on Girl' is available here and lots more at www.myspace.com/favouritesons.
