Last week we put on a party on Auckland’s K Rd, where the free booze, bands and karaoke attracted hipsters like moths to a moth party. Friendly and fun hipsters, mind you, and not aggressive elf-shoe wearing ones. Vice Records’ Japanese Motors were on hand (fresh off the plane) to get everyone dancing and spilling the sponsors’ product.
