We just stumbled onto this little gem of Ian MacKaye doing the thing we love him for: hassling people over their bad politics and insensitive lifestyles. This happened at a show in Syracuse, New York, just last summer, but his angry banter whisks us back to the day when as wee saplings we could still muster the ideals to get in people's faces too. Click below to listen.
PS: We'd be totally remiss if we didn't use this opportunity to dredge up this classic from Instrument
that second one comes from the movie fugazi did with jem cohen, "instrument."

anton corbin should learn from the master here about the correct way to interact with shitty fans. sometimes i think anton knows that that's the only reason people still go to his shows. bjm has some really good songs, but i had to leave the only show i went to because of anton's bullshit. even his bandmates appeared bored senseless.

By doing this you prevent weight gain from the Cheat Day because all carbs and fats you eat will go to replenishing your muscles and other energy stores.
