I find it incredibly funny that this review is trashing this film so hard next to a banner ad for Charlie Bartlett on DVD, which was easily the biggest disappointment in film in the last year.
But give the propagation of rock and roll cliches a little slack...you wouldn't have your wardrobe without them.

i disagreed with them when they made fun of john lennon for no real reason. but i definatly agree this movie looks terrible. why the fuck do we even need a germs movie just read lexicon devil and watch decline of western civilization. well buy germs records now before they go up in price because of this gay ass movie

Too bad the people who made this movie didn't take a cue from Darby and kill themselves. Then again, if they really understood what they making a movie about, they wouldn't have made it in the first place.

Oh and about the movie... It's pretty realistic and truly captures the punk scene as I remember it... Just look at the hair... Especially Rodney Bighenheimer's....
