They come in two varieties. We like the Fuyus? They are the shape of a normal sized tomato and are either orange or yellow color. They don't have to be soft for you to eat them. You can eat the skin. They taste kind of like a peach or a carrot. They're sweet. Lately I eat about five a day. I already ate four this morning. They're little. That's really all there is to say about Fuyus. Seriously. They do have a slight aftertaste of semen. It's really weird. I like them, but too many starts to make you gag a little. It's a crunchy to soft texture that's sweet in a non-tart way. You have to cut off all the skin, and there's basically no seeds.
