To westerners this seems bad. But if you were poor as shit and lived in the middle of a mountainrange and your kid was sick, what would you do?

its not that big a deal. my sister gives her kids so much childrens tylenol and over the counter shit and half of it is knock-off opium derivative. a little opium never hurt anyone.
