Hi, I played King Mufasa in the 1994 smash hit animated Disney movie The Lion King.
A friend of mine sent me a link to this page in an e-mail today and i must say i'm very shocked.

If i had known about the true ferocity of lions back then i can honestly say i wouldn't have done the film.
I'm sure the same can be said for my costars Whoopi Goldberg, Jeremy Irons and Nathan Lane.

I apologise for any offense the film my have caused and my thoughts go out to the families of the deceased.
