Watain is one of our favourite Black Metal bands. Erik, who sings and does almost everything else, was always telling us that they were recording new material, but we never heard any.
Now he's telling us that he's dead broke and hungry and he's selling his beloved collection of vintage Black Metal zines. Erik says: “Most of them are mint and rare. Support the war against Christianity - Buy now!”
They’re €55 for the lot, plus shipping, unless you live in Stockholm, in which case you can just go pick them up at his place. Email Erik at order@templeofwatain.com.

What is it with Scandinavian boys and death metal? I know its dark and cold up yonder. But all that scary-demon-shouting and face-painting ... its a little childish isnt it?

Please come here (USA) black metal christian fighters and start your own broadcasting networks. On regular TV we are subjected to corpulent preachers saying weird and frightening shit about how the Israelites must be allowed to rebuild the temple on the mount so that the apocalypse can be ushered in. How rad would that be to see a TV show where these dudes roll around in vomit and feces with a goat. Then maybe we could here a reading from some evil book. Plus the music is better then a bunch lardasses wailing away about Jesus...all I picture is those same choir people piling into the KFC after church.

I was talking to a teenage girl who is a fan of this type of thing and she told me the story of some goon who is in jail in Norway for burning down a christian church. She thought it was rebellious. I told her that a really rebellious act would be to burn down a mosque. Once these guys start doing that - I will finally see some balls.
PS. They can burn down a Scientology "store " as well.

Hahaha his name is Varg Vikerness and he killed a person and burnt down 3 churches. He wasn't the only one though haha I believe from like 1994 to 1996 over 50 churches were burnt down in Norway, and many graves were desecrated. Besides it was a revolt against Christians, because when they came to Norway they killed thousands and burnt down their holy places. I don't understand why people would follow a god that makes them kill more than any religion. I bet even Christian people reading this right now want to kill me. So Christian of you! See you in hell hypocrites!

New black Metal sucks, it sounds like U.S. death metal. Hope Varg will show these kids what it's all about. I'm glad it isn't popular in the united states, most people would see it as a terrorist movement. Varg was lucky the police had no idea what was going on, the media made a lot of false witness accounts of the church burnings. The notion of a black metal army sounds good to me. It would be similar to the IRA in northern Ireland.

Hi,
This is Victoria Silvers, Asst. Editor for Christian.com which is a social network made specifically for Christians, by Christians, to directly fulfill Christian's needs. We embarked on this endeavor to offer the ENTIRE christian community an outlet to join together as one (no matter denomination) and better spread the good word of Christianity. Christian.com has many great features aside from the obvious like christian TV, prayer request or even find a church/receive advice. We have emailed you because we have interest in collaborating with you and your blog to help us spread the good word. I look forward to an email regarding the matter, Thanks!
God Bless,
